Bengals 21 @ Ravens 9--Who Dey!

5 Quick Observations From the Game
1. Getting Physical--This was one of the better games by the Bengal D Line. The Bengals controlled the line and kept Jamal Lewis in check. They also did a better job of applying pressure by forcing four sacks. They need to continue to improve to make a difference in January.
2. Efficient Offense--The offense controlled the game by using all of their weapons. Eight different receivers had a catch. They went 7-11 on third down and were 3-3 on red zone possessions. They also had two 10+ play drives of over 70 yards that resulted in touchdowns. It was an impressive display against the second ranked defense in the NFL even if they were missing Ray Lewis and Ed Reed.
3. Palmer=All-Pro--Carson Palmer had another good day going 19-26 for 248 yards and two touchdowns. His accuracy and arm strength give him all the tools to be an annual Pro Bowl player.
4. Road Warriors--The Bengals won their fourth road game of the year. No matter who these wins were against, winning on the road in the NFL is tough, and the Bengals have proven themselves up to the task.
5. Rudi, Rudi, Rudi--Rudi Johnson looked sharp rushing for 97 yards. He was able to gain tough yards which opened up the offense. His only mistake was his eleven yard loss. He needs to cut his losses on runs like that and minimize the damages. Other than that, he looked as good as he has all year. He will be very important for the Bengals down the stretch especially against physical teams.
